8-Week Nervous System
Regulation Training

This is an intensive, 8-week training program designed to fundamentally shift how your body processes stress and pressure. This is experiential, practical, and body-based — we do not just talk about your patterns, we actively train your physiology to respond differently.

NERVOUS SYSTEM EDUCATION

Understand the biology of stress, safety, and connection. Learn to recognize sympathetic activation, dorsal shutdown, and your own protective patterns — without judgment.

BREATHWORK TRAINING

Learn to use breath as a direct, reliable entry point into the nervous system — shifting your physiological state in real time, in the moments that matter most.

SOMATIC AWARENESS

Develop the ability to track sensation, emotion, tension, and contraction in the body. Build the internal literacy to sense what is happening before it takes over.

THE REGULATION PROTOCOL

Practice a structured, repeatable process — Breath, Interoception, Somatic Awareness, and Orientation — for returning to a regulated, resourced state from any level of activation.
