GUIDED BREATHWORK
Breath is one of the most powerful ways to influence your state.
In just a few minutes, intentional breathing can help quiet mental noise, release accumulated tension, and reconnect you with your body. From that place, greater clarity, resilience, and choice become available.
The guided breathwork sessions within The Dimensional Method™ are designed to help you cultivate more than relaxation. They’re practices for expanding your capacity to meet life with greater presence—whether you’re navigating stress, building resilience, processing emotion, or simply creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Each session offers a different doorway into the work, but they all share the same foundation:
State → Capacity → Choice™
As your state changes, your capacity expands. As your capacity expands, new choices become available.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Is Guided Breathwork Right for You?
Guided breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, conscious connected breathing can create significant physiological and emotional shifts.
Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma or retinal detachment, aneurysms, severe asthma or other significant respiratory conditions, or have recently undergone major surgery.
If you have a history of severe mental illness, psychosis, or are experiencing significant psychological distress, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating.
Always listen to your body. If you feel overwhelmed, lightheaded, or uncomfortable during a session, simply return to your normal breathing and rest.
Never practice while driving, in or near water, operating a vehicle, or in any situation where your full attention is required.
Before You Begin
Find a comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted.
For the best experience, use headphones and allow yourself to fully engage with the practice.
If at any point you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable, simply return to your normal breathing.
